Heartbeat is one of Guertena's paintings located in the Red Area in the game Ib. It depicts a green flat line as would be shown on a heart rate monitor measuring a patient with an unresponsive heart. The image is set against a black background, surrounded by a silver frame. If Ib interacts with it, the line will spike once, accompanied by the sound of a heartbeat.

Trivia[]
- The painting is located in the same room as Heart Wounds, which depicts an arrow in a heart, and both are heart-based paintings.
